I have the Dominance Key and flew to the Dread Portal. I opened the Domination Cache (60,0 17.8) and I had nothing major. I was hoping for some weapon or armor, but the one I had was pretty much the same ilevel as what I currently have. I killed another elite and another key dropped. I haven’t seen this cache in two weeks. Does it only reward a player once and if I get the key again is best to destroy it? Or is there another place for the key?

Same. Ive never seen a 2nd.
First time I got one was from the General. I thought she dropped it until I got one from a random trash mob.
On the plus side, you get another one of those items from it that works on the sand piles in one of the rooms of the area where you collect energy from mobs.
Although I wouldn’t open those until your console thing is 6/6, because like everything else the loot from them scales.
