Legion had a lot of cool stuff, even if I loathed the class design. They really took a step forward in a few areas. Order halls, quivers for hunters, monk weapons that went over the shoulder.
Pity they scrapped all that the next xpac.
Just wait till you learn of the Night Elf paladins that we canât play for some Reasonâą.
Blizz should have added new questlines to the orderhalls keeping them relevent. For BFA having the Shaman/Druid/Priest/Paladin orderhalls working on healing the wound with a new quest chain every patch would have been cool. Warriors talking with Titan Keepers. Hunters/rogues tracking down information/people. Warlocks/DH cleaning up Demonic problems fromm the Legion ect⊠ect⊠Doesnât even have to be major just a new questline to tie them to the current story.
For Shadowlands having them fighting the Scourge while we deal with the Shadowlands would be cool. We are supposed to be the Leader but I havenât stepped back in to check on things in years.

If they wanted to choose inspiration hereâŠthey should have gone John Wick. And not Skyrim thieves guild.
Nice hotel, chill place to stay. Doensât make you wonder where all that money you are making is being used.

Back when the game was greatâŠI miss legion, BFA and Shadowlands just didnât cut itâŠand Soooo over Sylvanas this has been going on years this drama queening.
The order hall stuff is one of the best features of any expansion. What a great way to increase replayability for subsequent characters.
Iâm a little sad I missed it at the time though. I only played Legion for a few weeks (IRL was just too crazy at the time), so itâs only like now, much later, that I am seeing a lot of that stuff.

What makes me mad is we now have these âCovenant hallsâ four of them. That is 1/3 the amount of legion class halls and they are like 1/2 the size of any Legion hall⊠Like what is going on at Blizzard. Where is the budget for the game going?
And they are not as charming, lore-significant, and they lack memorable characters.
Everytime my covenant companion accompanies me duirng Callings or w/e, I am reminded of how memorable characters like Thisalee Stormcrow or Kayne Sunfury were.
I cant remember my venthyr buddyâs name; furthermore, his character lines and abilities are LAME and forgettable.
Iâd still like to know where the heck this went.
We have no space goats since we canât recruit em. SoâŠwe know they didnât drive it into planet.
And where did our army go. Naga and 6 armed demons donât have many fall back options for employment. I didnât fire them.

Itâs not the flashiest, but the monk hall has a certain serenity and that awesome staircase leading up to the temple.
I do think I like mage the most.

Blizzard could add cool side stories such as a campaign to bring Fel Hammer to Azeroth but they dont care. This could extend across the board btw - fixing the Vindicaar, druids of the Dreamgrove and Shaman healing the wound in Silithus etc etc etc.
This would actually be fun, engaging open world content. But nope.
I still donât get why the order for Legion was the Silver Hand instead of the Argent Crusade. One is specifically Alliance aligned and one is neutral.
my fave thing about the paladin hall, is being able to pop out into plaguelands.
Imagine we still had class specific story content, class specific transmog and class specific weapons?
