Doing Anything Interesting While the Servers Are Down?

Hey gang! I have a vacation from work this week so there’s been some free time today while WoW is down. I could have gone Christmas shopping to pass the time, but felt like watching Interstellar on TV instead (again). So I’ve been going through all of my WoW screenshots, which as of right now there are… 11,081 of them (1.70GB). Wow, thought it was only 4,000 or so. I use them as my desktop wallpapers and am cleaning a few extras out.

Started from the beginning to relive memories, and one thing I realized is that this DK, which I thought I had been using as my main since Cataclysm, must not have become my main until MoP. Most of my initial Cataclysm and MoP screenshots feature my hunter (Noxiousviper, also in my guild), and I noticed in Spring 2013 is when my DK starts being featured leveling through BC and WotLK.

I don’t have any screenshots prior to Cataclysm since they were on an old computer and had to be deleted to make room for new WoW expansions. One thing I am looking forward to for WoW Classic is finally adding in shots featuring the old Azeroth, even though my original WoW characters will not be in those shots.

So that’s how I’m wasting my day so far. Are you guys up to anything fun? Stuck at work? Playing something else?

Probably going to finish the book I’m reading. And then move on to Arthas because I’ve been excited about starting it for like 6months, WoW just took up my reading time lol.

Also going on a binge of the show “UNHhhh” on youtube. I’d show you what I’m talking about but I’m not sure I can post a video here just because of some of the words they use and topics.

Ughhhhh I still have like. 5 episodes of Critical Role to catch up on @_@

Level Grinding in Strange Journey Redux. The massive gulf in terms of challenge between Horologium and the final boss is just as yuge as it used to be. Feels a bit dispointing that I must yet again rely on Shiva but eh, is what it is.

Just laid back listen to music while lurking the forums. Just got done wrapping a few gifts for Christmas.

Looking at the time stamps on my screenshots, it appears I leveled this DK through all of BC, WotLK, and Cataclysm just in May of 2013, under a month. I must have been really hauling butt through that content.
