Doing 1.3M hps and dying in a +7 is not fun

Pug m+, one dps doesn’t interrupt or kill the 3rd NW boss’ add quickly enough → I pull my cd and heal for 1.3M → group still die

Who thought of this ? What is the fun in that, its IMPOSSIBLE to pug a freaking low key as a healer with average dps players

While I can appreciate the frustration (no shot my healer is doing much this season with my current skill level), there is no world in which a +7 is a low key since the squish. That’s dropping hero-track loot, and would’ve been dropping Aspect Crests last expansion. That’s a pretty high key level, also above KSM level.

Unfortunately, this is just the reality of healing this season. You can do your job perfectly but sometimes you are just not able to out heal dumb.

If nothing else I’m impressed. I did that boss doing 1.1m healing and felt like I needed a smoke break and I’ve never smoked before in my life.

Bro its insane LOL like all my cd’s are down and if 800k dps isn’t enough to kill the adds or interrupt a pack the healing goes through the roof

+7 gear vs heroic is Night and days, same hero track but its soooo far apart in term.of healing

Freaking H Queen is easier to heal than a +7 with pug, it’s nuts

The debate is whether a single mistake should one shot you or cause a wipe that will likely brick the key.

the person who picked the group members and not checking if they are capable ?

edit : it looks like you have completed only one seven not timed. it’s fine , when you spend more time learning you can do it

Lol sometimes its hard to tell.

I had a 624 surv in sob10 yesterday. They did 1m overall. Like, what???

And the answer is yes… at about 14 or 15 key. Not 7.

I do agree I was just pointing it out but for the average group you can only afford 1 full wipe to 2 the maximum before key is bricked even if you are doing good.

Given they added challengers peril it seems intended. Which is lame

PUG things. Is it annoying? Yep.

You just have to persevere or find a group of regulars to play with. On the flipside it is totally possible to PUG and have an amazing run. PUG’s really are the grab bag of random skill.

You can’t blame the dungeon for such an avoidable mechanic lol.
Thankfully I am a dk. I grip both in. Interrupt one, super nuke the other.

Just need 1 capable dps OR tank. When I run with guild, our tank ccs both. I do the ccs when Im the pug (because I don’t trust them) lol.

*2nd pass reading, 3rd boss? I was thinking the frost volleys from 2nd were causing problems lol.
3rd boss, my struggle is too much focused damage on the add so we miss a hook and have to wait.

And even end of dungeon rewards are hosed if you fail to time. That needs remedy. The punishment of losing additional loot and bricking the key imo is sufficient without nerfing the end of dungeon rewards.

There is virtually no reason to keep going if you brick it.

This is when happens when people get all whiny about healers not having to put in as much effort as them, blizzard monkeypaws it and makes health bars x5 as big with inc damage to match but nerfs healing.

I think the community should stop calling them “+2 to +10” and call them for what they are… a +10 + 20.

It’s not fun I can imagine.
