Instead of having the Legendary dino spawn Dohaman just spawns there and shivers. He's been doing this for well over 40 minutes and people are just waiting for something to happen.
Why is it that when I try to log on to some of my toons it says World Server Down ? Toons that are in Dalaran and Orgamater on PTR only .
I've got Dohaman standing there cowering. This is the latest post that google got me. Update?

He is doing it today as well - Oondasta spawned fine about 2hr and 30 mins ago but now we just have this cowering, un-targetable NPC.

While this is indeed unintended, this is a result of killing Oondasta faster than the scripted event allows. Oondasta is supposed to eat him. If not given the chance, he just stands there cowering. It has no effect on Oondasta's respawn and doesn't affect anything other than himself.
