As the dog is a light greyish brown and does laps in the center of the island around the exposed crystal and up to the abandoned Kul’tiran tavern. You will need to get the chew toy in the inn, at the furthest bed, between the bed itself and the wall, you’ll see it next to a dog’s bed. The chew-toy is a blue duckie.
You will have had to complete the entire journal chain-quest before Marmaduke shows up, but he’s worth it.
