Doesn't anybody get a certain anxiety when creating groups?

Does anybody else experience anxiety when creating/running a dungeon group?

On top of feeling like the health of the group and run relies on me, I get the anxiety of having a partially filled group sitting there for too long while I constantly spam trade and LFG channels… Like they’re also watching those channels for a more full group to quickly jump into to start the run quicker.

This is especially potent for when you have a healer or a tank sitting there for too long, as soon as they leave because it’s been too long or they’ve been snatched up by another group, the rest of the group deteriorates from lost hope as now we’re needing a healer AND a tank…

It’s not like an overwhelming anxiety or anything haha, but just something that gets me nervous every time I try to form a group from scratch.

I used to but after a few months of playing on my tank alt it went away. You should definitely try switching roles and trying out tanking because it will change your perspective quickly.

As a dps I felt like I had little to offer people to join the group but on my tank I would literally announce the run and get 4-8 whispers immediately. Now my problem is constantly having to tell multiple people that the run is full.

I would really love to run a tank, I’ve made a few alts in attempt to finally get one to max but the levelling process is so painful as it’s all purely questing, or boosting - which I refuse to pay for, as it’s near impossible to get a low level dungeon group popping on my server (Which is the most populated OCE server)

As a tank you’d be such a high priority I wouldn’t worry at all!

I’d love to tank!! Only wish I had dual spec so I didnt have to respec in and respec out to tank dungeons for my dudes!!

no

No. There’s nothing to be anxious about. The worst thing that could happen is you waste your time, but if you’re one a video game, that was already your plan anyway.

Why do you need to respec? Just roll tank 24/7

i feel that it’s something that goes away with repetition…
