Seems like Veng’s only snare in SL is Sigil of Chains, which has a long CD.
Will Veng be the only spec with no low-cd snare? Could they not just bake the snare from Razor Spikes into baseline Demon Spikes, seeing as how that talent is going away?
Guardian druids haven’t had a low-cd snare in years

DH has the same issue. No snare without the chain sigil
Guardians should get snare on thrash again.
Snare on glaives should be baseline.
We are the most mobile class in the entire game, of course we dont have a low CD snare…
Eh, isn’t Veng mobility getting nerfed in Shadowlands and/or it’s been repeatedly nerfed already? Demonic Trample’s been nerfed to hell and we lost the 3 charge option for Infernal Strike.
Not to mention that every spec should have a low-cd snare for the sake of PvP 
Mobility is less interesting when using it takes you well out of healer los.
