Does Unstable Frostfire belt count as an embellishment?

I’m already capped on my embellishments on my alt pally. I was thinking about making this belt, but don’t want to if I can’t equip it because it counts as an embellishment like his crafted shield does.

If you look at the item in game, it will say “Unique Equipped: Embellished (2)”

Pretty sure I was looking at profs and reagents and stuff on wowhead and they specifically call out this belt as an embellishment. I’d search it up if I were you to make sure.

That being said, I am runing one on my prot paladin along with a lariat and a non-embellished crafted shield

Ya I made

And I cant pull off the embellishment off of that then the other comes from lariat, So Im kinda stuck unless I want to scrap the shield… which I dont…
