Does Touch of the Grave still break Undead out of stealth?

Was thinking of trying Rogue but I remembered watching a video from Dragonflight where Touch of the Grave can proc from DoT effects and even if you’re stealthed, if Touch of the Grave procs, it’ll pull you out of stealth.

Is this still a thing that happens?

It can, but you have subterfuge so it’s pretty negligible.
