Does Torn Invitation for Suramar mount(fox) quest drop from paragon chest only or also possible daily nightfallen cache?

I know it can drop from the withered army. But can it drop from both nightfallen caches one from paragon and the other the daily 4 wqs?

I kinda forgot how I got mine . . . Just wound up getting it at some point during my adventures in Suramar so maybe it’s a random event? Not 100% sure, sorry.

It can drop from Nightfallen Cache, or Withered Army from my understanding.

pretty sure i got mine from the mission table in warrior class hall

It can drop from the withered cache, the emissary cache, and the bonus cache, iirc.

it can also appear as a quest on the board thats how i got mine
