The new raid comes out tomorrow, but yes, I agree. It’s lackluster.
The quality of Shadowlands is NOT because of Covid-19. They were developing it BEFORE the pandemic started.
Yeah seems like a huge management issue, alot of of high up developers quit stating they did not like the direction the game was taking.
I mean if alot of people quit than you cant get nearly as much content out.

Also, azerite powers was a plus? Adding more trash to a trash system doesn’t make it better.
They added something like 45 new mounts with 9.1. That beats a crab and whatever the heck players got out of Gnome central.
If you’re going to make comparisons, at least try to make them properly.

I’ve set foot in the rift and mostly seen extra rares and treasures. I haven’t seen any storyline or anything which makes Korthia go to the next level.

The only Ven’ari questline was about her leading us into Korthia and then returning back to her refuge.
What is this hidden questline?
