Does this expansion feel smaller than before?

Legion had 8 but it added 4 more later (including 2 in the 7.1 patch) and I doubt we will see that again.

Im very unhappy with this expansion but there will certainly be more dungeons. Just like BFA. Shadowlands is BFA 2.0.
