I don’t want to spend a month farming this mount knowing that it won’t drop.
Supposedly it does. Haven’t seen it yet myself.
I’m currently at literally 500+ goblins, have all of the sets unlocked with 200+ shards to spare, Inarius dropped around #90, I reached out to support to clarify if it does and all they did was link me a wowhead comment of some guy saying he got it, followed by 5-8 comments disparaging if he had the two mixed up.
I would love to know as well.

The drop rate appears to be reduced compared to the first time the event launched. My guess is they reduced it due to the fact that you can farm the goblin infinitely back to back in Undermine.
Is Undermine part of the rotation?
It’s not part of the rotation. Instead, all of the rares in Undermine will spawn a goblin portal (with a 1hr CD) upon death. So basically you have raids running around Undermine spawning 3 goblins at each portal nearly constantly, moving from rare to rare. You can still do the city rotation if you want but nobody I know does that anymore. Everybody is in Undermine since you can pretty much continuously farm goblins non-stop.
Edit: Apparently it is part of the rotation too.
Side comment, the fact that 9/10 customer service replies are just a link to wowhead is hilarious and frustrating at the same time

Yeah, so much of this game would be borderline unplayable if it weren’t for wowhead, specifically all of the awesome people in the comments sections lol

O. M. G. I am so totally shocked by that. Wouldn’t want to risk fun being had. 
To be fair, I got the mount about an hour ago. So I may have been wrong. But I still think the “Blizz logic” is sound. When spawn rates go up. Drop rates go down. Usually.
I would guess like everything else the drop rate plunges to basically zero after X number of times you kill the goblins. Not sure why Blizz is so obsessed with making content not worth the effort. /shrug
It actually is. At 15 after every hour, a portal storm occurs that lasts roughly 15-20 minutes. Portals will spawn back to back around the zone. You can usually get in 3-4 portals that way.

ya and you can farm them all day to try and get it on 1 toon, can also offer GOLD to someone who gets it and might be willing to sell it, I just farmed the one outside Dorn its every hour, and thats how i got mine and sold my 2nd for gold to someone who offered gold for it it.
they claim it’s on the table, but I’ve already seen five other threads of people complaining that it hasn’t dropped for them even after 400 goblin kills. I’m glad I grabbed it off the trading post when I did. I missed having it on my original account and now I finally have it back in my stable.
its been dropping people are even selling it between 250k to 1m gold

I have had 2 GM’s say it is dropping. But, I haven’t seen it. Most of the people that claim they got it, it is the new mount, not the actual Tyrael’s charger.
They changed their answer. The second GM edited his response to me in game, to say that Tyrael’s charger is NOT available this year.

I mean tech it is that mount just a Re-color and different name but same type of horse flying mount
Can anyone confirm whether or not Tyrael’s is dropping this event? If not I can quit farming these stupid things.
I haven’t seen proof it drops this currently. What I have seen is a lot of people saying they got it who actually got inarius. And GMs who are giving opposing “confirmations” which proves one of them has no idea what they are saying.
