does the 5% haste from the 4 piece set bonus, stack its affect? as if for each DP you gain a stack of haste for 8 seconds?
tier sets are not live yet so we cant test till next week rn its speculative.
Probably not since they said they designed them to be simple bonuses. (cough…boring…)
