Does the shift macro to break out of roots and slows still work?

I havnt played feral since warlords but I remember liking it. Claws of shervallah was a fantastic talent.

Anyways I’m looking to bring my feral back for some battlegrounds and am wondering if my macro to shift between forms and back to cat form (to break roots and slows) still works?

Im sure you all understand what I’m getting at.

yeah shape shifting breaks roots and slows

Shifting still breaks roots/slows, yes, but if you’re talking about powershifting (where you immediately shift out and back into form with a macro), that doesn’t really work anymore with the GCD added.
