I’m really mad right now… I’m missing my Warped Pocket Dimension item from Xy’mox, which is a grey item and I’m wondering if I accidentally hit the really stupidly positioned sell all junk button.
Someone told me you can’t accidentally hit it because it prompts a confirmation. Does anyone know if this is the case or not?
If there’s no confirmation when hitting that button and no way to disable it, I think I’m going to have to move all my special-to-me grey items to my bank instead of getting to see them in my bags.
At least the Warped Pocket Dimension can be replaced fairly easily, but I have several greys which either can’t be replaced because they no longer drop in game or would be a complete PITA to replace. SO not happy right now…
Yes it gives a prompt to let you know that it will sell all your grey items, and you need to confirm before using.

That’s good to know. Still doesn’t explain how it’s gone then. I’m paranoid of the sell all junk button. The last bag in my row is my “sentimental items” bag, which NEVER gets touched when I’m at a vendor and there’s a great big empty slot in it now.

Try the item restoration and see if it shows up:

A good idea, except item restoration doesn’t store greys. Only green quality and higher.
At least I think I can just run raid finder Xy’mox and get another. However long THAT queue winds up taking.
You might be able to talk to customer service to at least find out the fate of it if you only lost it recently. They might have access to things the player-facing restoration tool doesn’t.

Have you sold anything since then? Check the merchant buyback.
If you have greys with the autosell coin icon i think you can grab them to the vendor grey icon and they won’t be auto sold anymore. But you need to click the vendor first with shift pressed.
