Does the PTR have a way to test out gear? (without having to earn it)

I want to see how different stats affect my character, but do not want to have to actually earn the PVP gear on the PTR to do so.

Is there a way around this on the PTR?

pvp raid gear is free to get and no work to get them

talk to one of many npcs around the bank inn area in sw on the ptr
cant miss them they are large

Found them! thanks. I was standing around Dornogal.

I can just craft the PVP gear there. Its perfect

There is also a PVP vendor
