New to monk but it says you get it at level 19 but I don’t see it anywhere, is it hidden or was it removed from dragonflight?

It’s a talent on the main monk tree now. 2 tier talent. 2% per point.

No one is wasting two talent points to buff movement speed by a minor % and even then its a limited range aura.
I think there’s a pvp talent that buffs it thought right?
Folks have to realize that there are many new, multiple movement speed buffs to every spec and class with the new talent tree now.
To have all these speed buffs stack up would just make movement an absolute cakewalk for any encounter.
I do agree there should have been compensation to Windwalking Buff like not being able to be reduced at a certain amount of speed.
Like mentioned still in the class tree in a very weird spot, and nerfed to 4%. ( not even worth 2 talent points )
Wonder if it stacks with other classes speed buffs…if not and even then,prob a dead talent like Senseimoonk mentioned
