On every server I’ve been on, there’s always Alliance hanging out around Goldshire at all hours, but I’ve never seen anything similar for the Horde.
Oh I’m sure there are…reasons… for why they hang out in that town but no I don’t know if Horde have a hang out spot like that. Maybe Crossroads but idk in this day and age besides the fact barrens chat got pretty crazy in the past around there

Goldshire is close to Stormwind, a few other zones and the hub of holiday events and Darkmoon.
Horde has no equivalent space.
Darkmoon is in Thunderbluff, which is annoying to get to without DM teleports. The holiday locations are in starter zones, not near anything much of note, especially with the wacky time issues of Undercity.

not to my knowledge anyway.
I remember back in the days of classic a spot that to this day is still there yet no one goes there anymore…if you follow the water above Undercity towards plaguelands you will come to a spot with a tower and some buildings…loved hanging out there in the old wow days

Horde on RP servers used to have Wayfarers Rest as their “Goldshire”. Was not the same due to not being able to duel or have easy Alliance invasions.

I used to hear rumors about Silvermoon back in the day. Apparently it was quite the hotspot, having a great many empty rooms and very little unwelcome traffic.
Then again, that might have just been something we said to make fun of blood elves. The past gets a little fuzzy after awhile…

On one server it’s that. On the other 245 realms, it’s mostly duelling and chit chat. Most people seem obsessed with the first one though.
Hangout spots? Where we’re going we don’t need hangout spots.

I’ve seen a lot of people hanging out near the front gate of Org, and a lot of RPers in Silvermoon City
Yeah it’s mainly just the area outside of org front gates. Typically about 100-200yd away from the actual entrance in the area where the road widens and away from the phasing that happens as you enter org.
Typically just people dueling there.
On my server alliance mainly hang out near the main auction house. Don’t see anyone at goldshire.

I think for horde they are usually outside orgrimmar gates dueling or just watching others duel.

People like to hang out outside the gates of org. Once upon a time people liked hanging out at Razor Hill.
I’m convinced all the Horde hang out in the PvP vendor area.
Then again there’s only 12 of us on Moonguard.
