Before I try to go out of my way to get it I want to know if it can fly.

Most of those are ghosts so good question to ask is: is this a ghost motorcycle?
Answer: probably not but it could be

The only known motorcycle to allegedly fly was in Cataclysm. Part of The Day Deathwing Came quest chain. With such unreliable narrators, it is likely the bike never actually flew.

The lack of a /mountspecial is particularly egregious. Really sells this as a cash grab even more than usual when basic mount functionality is overlooked.
Eh, I never use a mount special ever. Not that it excuses it, but I usually maybe do it once when i get a mount and that’s it.
I hope not. Flying mounts center the character regardless of dynamic camera and I hate that for land mounts
