There is a difference between shameless self promoters and someone who is just healthy passionate for something. You are the later. I never get the feeling you hold and true malice within your heart when I see you post.

I constantly delete my replies! I ‘Mute’ a lot of Threads.
I also keep a list of people who I know will be arguementative, and I don’t reply to their posts. I’d rather avoid confrontation, I rarely get offended or defensive, and I hate heated debates; they make me feel anxious.

But I will give my opinion if it’s relevant.

I get the distinct impression that a lot of people act like badasses on this forum because they’re actually delicate pansies and get stepped on routinely in real life.

The same kind of people that become cops or politicians.

The forums have always been like that, I think it’s just worse lately.

I remember the forums back in the old days and it was just as full of complaints and negativity as it is now. At that time it was all about faction imbalance and queue times and… and… uh… wow, it hasn’t changed at all.

I can’t even imagine what that’s like, it seems crazy. In Australia its a few ads on TV, some letters in the mail and then voting day with a free BBQ out the front of every town hall.
