Have muscles?
One of my friends is a former MMA fighter. Another has a complete gym in their garage. So there’s that.
I personally can’t get out and about but I do walk around in my backyard. Taking long walks during good weather. [Which in my opinion is rain, snow, or otherwise cold & darker times.]
I would think everybody has muscles.
Unless you’re undead, but then you probably still have them. You just don’t use them because your body now works via necromantic magic.
Literally just got home from the gym.
chest/shoulder/traps/legs day brah.
When I was going to gym, had money on the side without working yea to some extend, I had time for WoW and gym.
When I got the job I wanted that has 8+ hours a day, it’s either gym or WoW. Don’t have time for both. Unless you’re working from home, but even then sitting 8 hours you wanna get out and walk.
Sometimes, I’ll go for walks. I should exercise more, now than ever, though. With a baby on the way and all…
suns out guns out baby.
but as others have said, for a lot of people that work full time they’d prefer to do something they find fun/relaxing when they get home, and while many people find exercise relaxing not everyone does.
He did both
Been working out 2-4 days/week for the past 20 years. It’s my zen time.
Yea right playing game as job and then do gym. I have golden rule 3x8 a day.
8hrs of sleep
8hrs of work
8hrs of resting
Since usually for work it requires more then hour to prepare and then more then hour to get back you loose 2-3 hours from resting time. Shower, dinner , family time, preping for next day takes 2-3 even more depends what you have to do. So you have 1-2 hours a day for either WoW or gym. Choose
I’m squatting right now. I train jiu jitsu and kickboxing. Good to balance out the hours of sitting at a computer
I pack a lot of heavy gear at work. Outside of that I’m on a bike or stationary bike.
I yawn and stretch my legs once in a great while. But then I am 73 years old, 5’10" tall and weigh 148 lbs. dripping wet. I sometimes walk to the local watering hole and down a tequila shot or three. Or four.
My hobbies include combat sports such as muay thai and boxing (shadow boxing, heavy bag, partner drills, and sparring). For cardio, I like jumping roping, rollerblading, and group exercise classes at gym and for strength I prefer calisthenics: push ups, sit ups, etc. I could only spare a couple hours weekdays playing WoW because of gym time after work. I’ll always feel good after physical activities whereas in gaming there are days when I get frustrated. It is a nice balance to have.
I’m huge on fitness games too if you want to try that as having a best of both worlds. I recommend Fitness Boxing 2 and Ring Fit Adventure on Nintendo Switch. I can do the Zumba: Burn It Up and Just Dance games too but not as much into them. I want to get Nintendo Switch Sports which came out recently since I liked playing the tennis game on Wii Sports.
yep weights and cardio 5 days a week.
The AVERAGE WoW player?
No
No
And No
I would say the answer is all No for the average person in general but especially for WoW players. These singular examples don’t mean anything. You could provide hundreds of examples and they wouldn’t even amount to a rounding error. The plural of anecdote isn’t data.
I get a work out whilst at work.
I tolerate it but don’t enjoy it.
Yes.
No.
Eating is a physical activity, so yes.
You need muscles to move and we can move because we play video games with our hands. So, yes.
The average player? Probably not.
I myself have a physically intense job, so working out isnt really a concern I have. I do enjoy it more than sitting at a desk all day. I cant stand having to sit still.
