It is not treason to “betray” a bat-guano crazy tyrant who cares not one whit for the well-being of their people.
Being a banshee, she’s not a reanimated corpse. I googled it, and arthas made her a banshee, not a scourge zombie. Hence why no visible decay.
So no, she probably wouldn’t smell of anything.
Most Forsaken smelled horrible after being recently arisen. But after awhile all the rotting meat rotted and decayed away, leaving no more bad smell.
Unfortunately for Sylvanas, Arthas’ revenge was not just to torture her, but he also cursed her to smell horrible forever. Thus why she was so determined to kill him.
She tries to cover it up with exotic fragrances, but there’s always that hint of rot that you can never get rid of…

He made her a banshee, but after she broke away from Arthas’ control, she recovered her corpse and possessed it by sheer force. And since that repossession, she’s died and been rezzed and died and been rezzed again (that we know of).

We all stinky.
But yes, I am sure that the Forsaken and Sylvanas probably have a bit more stench about them.

She was a Banshee and retook her mortal form. So she is “flesh and blood” but with the spirit of a banshee so can take banshee form.
Well, no, but she is still inhabiting her original physical body, and it’s been through a teensy-weensy bit of trauma. Like having been dead at least 3 times.

She is a banshee soul, essentially possessing/animating her own corpse. Ruined mascara aside, it seems to be holding up okay. I am guessing she is fairly well-preserved.
I don’t like the crazy dead elf lady, but I don’t think she’s stinky.
