Does Sylvanas bathe?

I’ve been festering in my basement for a while and thought I might go and jump in the shower real quick. But before I do, there was something I’ve been confused on.

We all know that Sylvanas is a rotting corpse, but does she actually practice personal hygiene? It had just occured to me that there isn’t a single shower in Lorderon. I don’t think there’s even any outhouse.

So does she just sorta fester in undead sweat and grease and salt? She must smell pretty bad.

Or maybe she buys lavender scented shampoo to hide the smell of rot.

She bathes in the salty tears of the alliance

Only in blood baths.

Well, Anduin didn’t make a funny face when she approached him at kissing range.

Maybe.

I’d say that she probably does. Going by the Nathanos short story, I’d say that she’d keep herself clean for the same reason that she keeps mirrors in UC despite almost no undead liking to be reminded of what they are and what they used to be: vestigial pride.

I mean, I’m probably wrong, but wouldn’t it actually be more dangerous for a rotting corpse to not bathe?

I’d imagine whatever isn’t bathed is what is going to cause the rot to increase…

I don’t think she sweats. Undead aren’t 100% fully functioning like actual living beings. That being said, I don’t think they’re immune to decay, but I’m pretty sure I read somewhere about how Sylvanas’s body doesn’t do that (or something).

I mean, I’m sure she probably does wardrobe changes. That’s really all she needs to do, unless she gets some sort of injury. Could be wrong, though - I don’t pay too much attention to undead/Forsaken lore.

Sylvanas doesn’t sweat nor does her body decay, thanks to the magic that Arthas used on it. So, basically, the only time she needs to shower is when she gets actual dirt or blood or something of the sort on her.

More interesting question. what do forsaken bath in.

i think the idea is that she decays super slowly, where it is almost non-noticeable

Don’t worry about Sylvanas bathing, I am glad I can’t smell our characters in game, otherwise it’d be a very stinky game.

Blood elves and draenei probably wouldn’t be so hot after spending 8 hours outside running around sweating and killing monsters.

Sylvanas bathes in the glow of light from the sacred fountain known as Plot’armor in the land of Waifubait. It makes her strong, though not terribly wise.

Sylvanas is a specific kind of undead, a banshee, and so is unlike the bulk of the forsaken undead. She’s also a fairly unique case of a banshee at that so there’s not really a rulebook that governs how she functions. I don’t think she’s technically a rotting corpse as a result of that.

she is a banshee possessing her old corpse, just like how banshees possessed enemy units in wc3

I think about Sylvanas a lot right before I go take a shower too.

Pretty sure she doesn’t, i think she just has a very lucky subordinate (prob Nathanos lol) rub embalming fluid all over her each night.

She smells like Hot Topic. We’ve talked about this.

Edit: Hot Topic smells like Patchouli btw.

Edit:Edit: Patchouli makes stinky stuff not stinky by being extra stinky.
