Does Subterfuge + Underhanded Upper Hand stack for 6 seconds?

I know nothing about outlaw rogues, looking at a class trial atm.

Subterfuge (Class Talent): Allows stealth ability to be used for 3 seconds after breaking stealth.
UUH (Outlaw Talent): Allows stealth ability to be used for 3 seconds after breaking stealth.

Would that mean Crackshot would be up for 6 seconds after Shadow Dance?

yes taking both gives you 6 seconds of subterfuge
