Does Socrethar's Guile work with Wither?

Title.
The talent still says Immolate dmg 20% so I’m curious if it works with Wither or not as it replaces Immolate.

Yes, it does. Spec out of it and put cursor over wither spell and it will show less damage, spec into it and it shows more damage.
