Does recruit a friend exp bonus still exist?

I remember there being like a 300% bonus which is probably gone. Is there any experience bonus at all for Raf system now ? I saw that it might have been gone completely or nerfed to 50%.

The XP bonus is gone now. (Leveling is so fast these days, it’s really not a big deal, though.)
