As the title says.
I was running a Freehold the other day. I got a piece of gear and gave it away (It didn’t pop up with the “tmog added” or removed) then when I checked my appearance guide I only had the normal version.
Was it a bug or does M+ drop randomized appearances?
the dungeons only have one appearance
its not like the raids
Check your appearance page/dungeon guide for Freehold; there is 3 different appearances for items.
There is 3 different rarities but in battle for azeroth all the armor pieces looked the same. They have been doing that since WoD.
I only know of 1 transmog set that is listed in the journal, and that is from the storm songy place. The priest drops a tentacle mask ensemble.
seems like only a few BFA dungeons has armors that has a different tints and weapons
very strange and thats only in bfa from what i saw
Yeah I don’t remember either but I believe there might be some legion dungeons that did the same
They are the same design but different colors. I actually have a few pieces with 2 of 3.
That part’s not really up for debate but I would have presumed that Mythic color would drop in M+ but as saying the other day it looked like a normal piece dropped for me in M+ (But obviously at higher iLVL) OR I was mistaken and it didn’t show up in the chat box as new TMOG
Far as I know the only stuff out of M+ that might have a different tint is tier from the GV, depending on what item level you’re getting.
Go into adventure guide, click Freehold, change to Normal, control click your boots, do the same again for Heroic and Mythic.
You’ll see there are different tints of the same item.
Yes but M+ is still Mythic, the other versions of the dungeon don’t matter. You can run FH N and H for those tints.
That’s what I am presuming BUT it looks like I got a “normal” tint piece of gear when running a current M+ on that dungeon.
The toon I ran it on has never run a BFA dungeon except for Dragonflight. I didn’t get a notification to say new TMOG was added, looked like the same boots I already had gotten in a previous run on a lower key, so I was wondering if it was random which tint you get out of the 3 options.
