I just think its hilarious that Blizzard designed horrific vision and at no point did someone on the dev team say
“hey have you guys seen that we designed a mechanic which literally locks mages from playing a section of the map?”

Casters are only fun in Raids and random BG’s (if you don’t get focused because they’re bad).
For everything else melee is just so much more appropriate.
To anyone who hasn’t played a caster, or to casters who haven’t played Melee, go do a horrific vision on the other and you’ll have a much better time (as melee), and you melee people can appreciate the struggles of being a caster a little more.
But to answer your title in a more literal way, I know one of the head guys for the animations of classes loves Frost mage.

sam and emily came into work late one time but they walked in together and everyone thought they were kissing and some people asked if they were kissing and one person brought in a cake that said “congratulations on kissing” and it was a strawberry cake
