Does Nightborn have access to a similar Darkfallen/Nightwarrior CC options like other elven races?

So I been getting my Shadow Priest ready for the next expansion and I notice that Nightborn in the game seem to not have any “special or unlockable” cosmetic similar to the other Elf races… like Darkfallen complexion or Night Warrior eyes?

I heard my friends and other players talk about Druids of the Flame customization options (red skin and bright fire tattoos) for Night elves specially if they add Shamans to that race…

BUT—

Then when I was messing with my CC on my Nightborn I was actually surprise they din’t have access to neither even though I know, they don’t for obvious lore and story reasons… However I sometimes when I take breaks to play other games miss content… so I ask:

Does Nightborn have access to a similar Darkfallen/Nightwarrior CC options like other elven races?
Maybe an unlock I miss doing like the others?

No, Nightborne do not have the Darkfallen customizations. Only Blood elves, Void elves, and Night elves.

Oh, well that a shame… I though they might have their own quest or some unlock of their own race…

Well thank you for your reply… maybe we get some in the World Saga expansions… or not! lol

I still find it baffling they don’t have Dark Rangers.
We didn’t see a SINGLE Void Elf Dark Ranger in game that wasn’t a player, meanwhile the Nightbourne could easily be excused as ‘Sylvanas collected a number of Nightbourne Corposes during Legion.’.

They are the stepchild elf.

There are more dark ranger Alliance options than Horde.

That says a lot.

Lorewise, the Nightborne weren’t present at the Battle for Lordaeron while the Blood Elves, Night Elves, and Void Elves were.

The Nightborne already have gray skin options, it’s just the red eyes that you’ll have to do without.

If Nightborne are the stepchild, Void Elves are the orphan.

Honestly I’m ok if they dont get the Darkfallen or Night Warrior special CC options… for lore reasons as you said…

I was just wondering if maybe they had their own unique or similar “CC unlocks”… I be ok with they just having their own lore justify CC special option.

This thread has made me notice something. Outside of the forums, I think I’ve seen a grand total of 5 Nightborne players since they were released as playable.

because blizzard made them look incredibly bad compared to the npc models in suramar

Wishful thinking I guess, since they been adding Classes not available to certain races, new CC options like Eredar Red/Black skin with Green/Void Eyes…
Also I know they been working on other customization and since I took a break to play other games I thoght to “ask” if maybe they add and miss the quest…

Lore is what Blizz decides to make of it from what I seen and there have been so many changes and updates to the lore that has me exited and from what I heard, there might be even more coming from all that the Alfa showed… I guess I thought someone might know more or I miss out while playing other games.

I’ve seen quite a few, but only after they got the updates with the glowing hands, and more haughty/almond-ish eyes.

I also saw an influx again, when they got new eye colors. Personally mine now all have Pink eyes, lmao.

But once the customizations hype died down, there have been a lot less of them.

They’ve gotten new hair and eye colors, since you’ve been gone.

They just weren’t locked behind a quest.

Blood Elves also got some new hair colors, along with Trolls and Ztrolls.

It’s weird that only some of the customizations are locked behind quests.
