I’m getting so frustrated. I finally got 2000 rating (I’ve pugged the whole thing) and I’m getting declined for +7? I wait 45 minutes just to do 1 higher key and I’m dumb founded watching 40 minutes worth of declines from 1700 key holders. I’m a MM Hunter 619 item level with 2000 rating for context. I’ts frustrating me to no end and I just want to do +10 for vault. I have +9 on dawnbreaker but they don’t accept me for 10!

Start your own key so you can stare at an empty application list for an hour, that’s the solution.

Feel like hunters going to get declined more in higher keys because they aren’t perceived to have as much utility as other classes, and their raw numbers aren’t higher either.

I thought 2000 rating was some grand achievement that would easily get me any +10 or lower lol
+10 in every dungeon is ~2500, so no 2000 doesn’t get you that.

Tbh, I avoid most groups that have ~2000 rating trying to run a +10 because they got a +2 in an easy +8 like mists, ara, or dawnbreaker because that’s very likely going to be a brick.

No offense, but 2k io is literally nothing. You just have to play the game to get 2k. if you thought that would get you into groups or some sort of identifier for anything desirable whatsoever, you’re straight up delusional.

This is 100% the case where someone like me wanted an easy Gilded Crest run or Trinket farm. I free carried so many people this season trying to get my trink.

Welcome to the club, bud. Word of advice, try any avenue to make a premade of your own; meet people and try to befriend those players you had a good run with. The pugging life is absolutely miserable this season and with tomorrow’s tunning, itll get worse to us, non-meta.

Yeah you need to be pushing 2300-2400+ to be considered seriously for 10s.

Look on the bright side, since they moved gilded crests to 8s all of the 2500+ people who are just farming crests are flooding the queue to guarantee you will never get the score you need to be passable in higher keys.

If you think the application list is empty, oh boy are you so wrong.
The truth is that is full of filthy and common DPS.

One deficiency with the scoring system is that it favors those who are mediocre at every dungeon over those who are experts at a subset of dungeons. It really tanks your overall score if you have even a few dungeons where you don’t have a good rating.
Each season, I end up with certain dungeons that I prefer and certain dungeons that I hate. When I’m simply grinding crests and/or filling my vault, I just spam the dungeons that I prefer. So why should my score be held back by dungeons that I don’t care about and don’t need anything from?
