Tried to make a Drac’thyr look as female as I could. Gave her horn jewelry. Also tried to pick armor that looked a little girly, I think the chest piece looks like it has a heart on it.
Did I succeed? Any suggestions or changes I should make?
Trying to play Evoker, but I really need to like how I look to enjoy my characters.
im also trying to picture neltharion making sex distinctions in his super mega ultra weapon. “You know, I’m going to give them additional, needless biological functions and complexities beyond those which are necessary for sustaining their own life.”
As a real life woman, I only play female characters. So to me, I do see them as looking male or female, and my issue is they tend to favor more male vibes, so I spent over an hour trying to create one that didn’t.
if you feel it presents as female, that’s probably the most important thing. Getting your toon to look the way you want is really important to me, too, and I can imagine that’s similar for many others, too.
Then why do you need others to tell you if it does? I do not feel remotely comfortable making an arbitrary call of femininity or masculinity to something that exhibits little of either, naturally.
Thank you. I figured smallest body, tiny nose, basically tried to find the smallest features I could. And the armor has “gemstone” looking things. And pink eyes lol
Plenty of reptiles are sexually dimorphic, including most lizards. It usually comes down to size and coloration. Total lack of dimorphism is actually unusual, even if the variations between male and female are difficult to spot.
The Dracthyr are an exception, since they’re spawned from dark sorcery or something.
Also, to clarify, subtle dimorphism isn’t generally considered dimorphism. Any number of mild deviance from the average can make one look like the other, in those cases.
That’s why we use the term ‘distinct’ rather than different.
Females have an innie belly button and non-females have an outie? Hmm that 50% thing must be way wrong. Also I don’t think dracthyr have belly buttons.
