Does moonfire stop my auto attacks (bear druid)

If I play druid of the claw bear, it seems I need to AA to proc ravage.

However, I usually spam moonfire to ensure it is always on all mobs.

Will casting moonfire cancel or delay my AAs? And ultimately, prevent ravage procs from occuring?

I’m just wondering if I need to stop spamming moonfire to let my autoattacks run.

Instant casts do not interrupt the AA timer. If they did Enhancment shaman, Feral Druid, and Ret Pally would all be in extremely weird places when using their self heals/“off spec” spells.
