They’ve played twice now at Blizzcon, I think. Do any of these guys play the game?
They seem more like Diablo type of people.

They’ll play whatever you pay them to.
It was a little hard watching a bunch of boomers give a half hearted attempt at one of their classics.

I only seen Metallica with the interruption. I watched some of the broadcast on twitch. Not sure if it was only on Twitch that it happened.
I think most players would rather he wasn’t associated with their faction/game

Probably not - it’s a paid gig in a world without gigs and you can’t blame them for taking it.
But Kristian Nairn most definitely plays the game. And his set was awesome.
I think they are old Gen X, or really young Boomers, if they are Boomers. I am sure playing at home killed some of the energy too.

Yeah Corpsegrinder has done interviews where he nerds out about the Horde.
I thought Metallica playing was cool and it was a good surprise. Obviously, they are not going to do some big production with pyrotechnics for a virtual performance. It was very low key, like literally watching them play in the garage while hanging out. I enjoyed it.
He used to, I would assume he doesn’t anymore.
Who cares? Still want Devin Townsend for blizzcon.
