I just realized that when i drink a mastery flask or use the Algethar box trinket they change only cobra shot and barbed shot tooltips increasing the damage, while kill command and bestial wrath tooltips remains untouched. Arent those skills suposed to be buffed by mastery ?

They are affected by mastery.
Kill command is modified by pet damage, thats why the base number is so low. Iām 282 and it says it only does 7k it does its calculations through your pets and not your actual character. Stupid but thats just blizzard things. Yes its affected by mastery.
tooltips are wrong 99% of the time because its has tons of passive variables going on
in the case of KC the dmg on tooltip i guess its calculated based on hunter weapon
but the real calc its something akin to pet dmg x ranged ap , boosted by modifiers, vers mastery and whatnot
