Does Malign Omen Talent Increase DoT Duration on ALL Targets?

Malign Omen says Malefic Rapture extends the duration of haunt and DoTs by 2 seconds.

However, does this apply to ALL targets or just ONE target (the current one)?

I’m not sure if it’s uncapped but it does hit more then just the target of Soul Rot.
