I was loading out of an arena in Bleak Redoubt, and I noticed the sky was dark - it was quite cool actually. The next arena match, I came out and the sky was back to normal.
Is this an error or something intended? Odd how it went back to normal after my arena. I actually wish it was that dark at night, didn’t get to take a screenshot.
It’s not an error. Each zone has weather effects. Maldraxxus gets dark and spirits fly around. Revendreth has blood rain. Bastion has slightly darker skies and white tufts of sparkly stuff that float down. Ardenweald gets dark and there’s a star shower.

Some people have said that the inky black potions look cool in the zones.
Just how Dey has replied, it is part of the emersion. I absolutely friggin’ love it. It just makes stop and stare from a second every time this happens. It is definitely the most apparent one from all the zones.
I wish Revendreth blood rain was a little thicker though.
I think it is the shadow from the Necropolis flying over. I may be wrong, but that is what I always thought it was.
I actually think Maldraxxus looks better during those “night” cycles
I wish Bastion went dark sometimes.
And by sometimes, I mean all the time, forever.
This is why I wear sunglasses at night
