Does Mag'har Orc's Open Sky racial serve as additional travel speed boost?

Hi All,

I am thinking of race change to Mag’har Orc and does the Open Sky racial add 10% to DK, so I will have 30% (10% from Open Sky and 20% from DK’s On a Pale Horse) travel speed boost?

Looking at the comments on the racial for Wowhead one of the comments states it does stack with the DK passive.
