Does it Stack? (i.e. Circle plus Circle)

Feel free to add your own results for various things that can stack. I tested Circle from the Talents along with the Circle Legendary, and it does not make rip any shorter when you stack both (at least according to the tooltip).

So I am using Circle from the talents, and stacking that with Draught (leggo), which seems to work nice.

PS - Hibernate and Cleanse Corruption should be native with no points required IMO!

To my knowledge, most instances where you have a talent and a legendary effect that’s the same, the talent version seems to get priority over the legendary instead of it doubling up.

They do not stack. There is a part of me that wished they did since I could see a way to get 24 sec Rips down to 3 sec if they did.

Oh well, just as well since there are a number of builds possible right now that are OP as you can get multiple covenant and legendary abilities at once right now.
