Does Improved Backstab affect Gloomblade?

I think weaponmaster does, what about any other talents that affect backstab?

Normally if both are effected, it will be stated in the tool tip if Gloomblade is talented.

Beyond that, you’ll have to spend some time on a test dummy.

The answer is a big fat Yes.

Fun fact, the FW talent costs 2 points for 15/30% bonuses. Imp. Backstab / Shoryuken Storm is 30% for one point. :brain:

You are welcome to see my build, but getting a Weaponmaster double crit fully shadow buffed SoD Gloomblade is around 40k total damage for me. Considering there are trinkets that do 160k non-crit and Monk and Ele Shaman exists, 40k doesn’t mean much in the game scope, but for Rogue it’s a fairly rewarding number spike. Especially if you can back it up with a 60k Secret Technique or a 50k Eviscerate.
