Does ice no longer form around AFK frost DKs?

I’ve noticed when my DK goes AFK no ice forms on the ground around her like it used to. Is this new? Kinda sad.

That was a feature of the artifact weapon I believe

If you mog your DK’s weapon to the artifact the effect should appear again. It works for my druid with the resto artifact, anyway.

Interesting. Good to know. I miss it but I like my current mog too much.
