Does Feline Swiftness work in all forms or just cat?
The talent doesn’t make it clear.
Seems extremely clear. Increases movement speed. If it only worked in certain forms it would state that. Just like thick hide doesnt specifically state “only works in bear form” because it isnt form dependant.
All forms. (Except aquatic, since run speed is not swim speed.)
