Does Faction matter for queue times? Can I still play Horde on OCE?

OCE is very heavily dominated by Alliance and I rolled an Alliance character but am just so drawn to the horde races.

After more research, it looks as though it doesn’t really matter what race I choose outside of LFG. Anyone know if picking horde makes longer queue times or make it difficult to get into any activities?

Most people say it doesn’t for NA but our population is so much smaller.

It’s fine. For random queues you get paired with US anyway. Organised groups are mostly cross faction. Faction/server only come into play with high level raiding/pvp.

Oh and group finder because arbitrarily you can’t cross faction LFG unless it’s for keystones
