I wish I had that answer lol. I just read the patch notes and going off of that. Either way its up on the ptr. Nothing’s unchangeable at this point. There’s a couple of vids out there as well on YouTube of people playing the spec on ptr as well.
yeah, i read that too. I sure hope they can synergize those together as that’s a huge part of the rotation. I mean, I mostly use PW when wolves are out. Maybe they’ll just be up constantly instead of every 30 seconds or w/e it is.
I play all the classes but my Shaman has been my main since the very beginning because it feels very rewarding to play.
My biggest tip for new shaman players is take your time to set up a Hotkey system that you feel very comfortable with.
My recommendation is have Shift/Alt modifiers on all your primary buttons, plus have a few Letter Keys and mouse buttons assigned in the same fashion as well.
When set up correctly, you can hide your situational and utility buttons behind your primary face keys, which you can commit to your DPS rotation.
With modifiers on all your buttons across the board, you’ll be just fine, start off with passive talents and hiding your totems/utility to secondary action bars, it’s not that difficult once you get the hang of it.
