Does Efflorescence count as a mastery stack?

Does Efflorescence(without spring blossoms) count as a mastery stack?

Ah Thanks, it seems it is affected by my mastery though, when I have 1 rejuv on myself and stand in the Efflorescence it does 100 more healing per tick.

Well, it is affected - The healing itself will be amplified by your mastery, but like my fellow druid above mentioned, Efflo on its own is not counted as one of your mastery hots.

So yes, if you have rejuv on you, your efflo heals will be stronger than an efflo heal when you have no hots on you at all.

As mentioned, healing is affected by Mastery, but the effect of Efflo is not a Mastery effect.
