Rested experience for mobs/questing?

I don’t recall hearing of any changes to the way rested XP works in this expansion.

I’m not aware of any changes. Some general info, though:

You don’t earn rested at level cap, so your 60s start without it. (Also, it won’t start until you’ve logged into them after launch, so it’s a good idea to log into your 60s asap to get it rolling.)
