Does Dark Succor Exist in Dragonflight?

Basically just the title. I did not see this as a talent in either the class or spec trees (maybe I missed it?). I also haven’t really heard any youtuber/streamer mention it when talking about DKs. It occurred to me while leveling a DK that this seems to be missing in DF.

Can anyone confirm if it does or doesn’t exist in the upcoming expansion?

It does. Baseline for only frost and uh, but I can’t recall the level you get it at.

They’ll never give it to blood because heal too op, which I understand because those death strikes are crazy
