I wasn’t sure about it. It sure gives effect on ground mount but i’m not sure about flying mount. Any idea?
Yes, it does. If there’s still any addons that can show your true moving speed, it’ll show the increase when you activate Crusader Aura.
I thought flying mounts were locked at 420% speed.
Crusader Aura and On a Pale Horse passives override the guild mount speed increase and all speed enchants.
You get 220% on ground and 430% with a flying mount with master speed.
Tangent:
Also it’s garbage how blizzard peddled bringing spells back for classes and turned two auto-passives into auras. Not to mention HoW and wake of ashes (only 3HP now) were near 100% picks in bfa so it’s not like the spec go anything besides FV, removal of inquisition and putting the azerite traits we took almost all the time since 8.1 as talents.
Imo a complete downgrade besides the amazing synergy of divine toll
Why do we need an addon to see our character’s movement speed?
This is ridiculous.
“We don’t want players knowing their movement speed.”

I use a weakaura
Type:
/run print(GetUnitSpeed(“player”) / 7 * 100);
edit: While moving
The mount speed auras were nerfed to be additive rather than multiplicative back in the Legion prepatch, so they are barely noticeable now. This was supposed to be in exchange for them stacking with more effects, but this is still quite restricted.
the entire ret development budget went into making the best ability in the game, divine toll.
I really hope we get to carry a version of it over into the next expansion, even without ringing clarity it’s still one of the most satisfying buttons to press.
