Does consumed by rage stack with enrage?
Or will it be one or the other. If not, what will fury warriors use for leg rune?
and what about Flagellation? Does it stack? Is that why they nerfed consumed by rage?
I’d just like to say also that I hate the consumed by rage rune and would rather use anything else.
Flagellation should stack, since nothing says otherwise. Enrage doesn’t even come into effect unless you’re crit, so it isn’t really reliable (for pve).
Imo, they should just unnerf Raging Blow and let it strike with both weapons. Arms was already going to drop Raging Blow for Flagellation when Berserker Rage was available even before the nerf.
At the end of p1 they nerfed every warrior rune that was being used in raiding. No patch notes on it however.
Raging blow: 100% damage → 80% damage
Consumed by rage: 20% damage boost → 10% damage boost
Quick strike: 15-25% AP damage → 10-20% AP damage
It does, but it’s not worth to use in P2 when we have so many options for cd melee hits with high rage, and it’s nerf.
So what is the best rune setup for dual wielding Fury warriors?
